Our approach
Children develop in different ways and may need different kinds of support at different times. We work with pupils, parents and carers to identify strengths and barriers, agree practical next steps and review how well support is working.
How support may work
- Quality-first classroom teaching and reasonable adjustments.
- Additional small-group or individual support where appropriate.
- Regular conversations with families and the class teacher.
- Work with specialist services when advice or assessment is helpful.
Who can I speak to?
Start by contacting your child's class teacher or the school office and ask to speak with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). The school should add the current SENCO name and contact route here.
Need help now? Contact the school office to arrange a conversation. If you have a concern about your child's learning or wellbeing, sharing it early can help us plan support together.
